I read pretty much any chance I get. I mostly read YA books but some adult ones as well. To me all books are precious gems and are meant to be treasured.

Serves 8

Appetizer: Caesar Salad
Drink:  Lemonade
Dessert: Chocolate Cake

This is a great summer meal to have outside on the deck, drinking lemonade, while reading a good book. It has great flavors that work well together, and the soups flavors coordinate well with the panini and its crunch.
