I read pretty much any chance I get. I mostly read YA books but some adult ones as well. To me all books are precious gems and are meant to be treasured.

Spooktacular Reads: Which books do you consider festive Halloween reads? Which stories have chilled you to the bone?


Well I believe any books with creatures in it would be great reads around Halloween. My favorites are.....

I haven't started my Halloween read yet, but for this Halloween I picked......





~ Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake
I love this cover, and it sounds like the perfect read for Halloween night!



Some of the best books and authors that chilled me to the bone and still do are........




~ The Cell and Stephen King
This book was creepy, but good and makes me scared to own a cell phone.





~ The Town, The House, & The Store
by Bentley Little

This man writes some crazy creepy books. These have been the only books that have kept me up at night and gave me nightmares.

    I love Stephen King...his stuff is so creepy and out there!!! He can make anything scary.

    Anna Dressed in Blood was sooooo good, Im sure you'll love it.

    Anna is definitely the perfect Halloween read, LOVED her! I need the next book in that series immediately. Can't wait to see what you think Laura, I hope you're as blown away as I was:)

    All these books look awesome, especially The Cell by King...the cover makes me think that it would give me nightmares though haha!
