I read pretty much any chance I get. I mostly read YA books but some adult ones as well. To me all books are precious gems and are meant to be treasured.

Waiting on Wednesday (9):

Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. Its about what books you just can't wait to get your hands on.

Shatter Me:
by Tahereh Mafi

Release Date: November 15 2011
Publisher: HarperCollins

Juliette hasn't touched anyone in exactly 264 days. The last time she did, it was a accident, but the Reestablishment locked her up for murder. No one knows why Juliette's touch is fatal. As long as she doesn't hurt anyone else no one really cares. The world is to busy crumbling to pieces to pay attention to a 17-year-old girl. Diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don't fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color.

The Reestablishment said their way is the only way to fix things, so they threw Juliette in a cell. Now so many people are dead that the survivors are whispering war.........and the Reestablishment has changed its mind. Maybe Juliette is more than a tortured soul stuffed into a poisonous body. Maybe she's exactly what they need right now.

Juliette has to make a choice........

Be a weapon. Or be a warrior.

My Thoughts:

O my, this is the book, releasing this year, that I am looking forward to the MOST! After hearing so many people raving about it, I can't wait to get my hands on it. I just wish I could get my hands on it now!
The story sounds so amazing and intriguing, and Juliette sounds like such a tough and strong character. I just can't wait to know what happens. Also just look at that cover. If the cover and the description doesn't draw you in then I don't know what will, and your crazy by the way............ just kidding, sort of!
I can't wait!!!!!

Also this is a bit off topic, but I live in Henrico VA, and I just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you who felt the 5.8 earthquake yesterday. It totally freaked me out, but if anyone had damage or got hurt my payers are with you. I know that this is not that bad of an earthquake for those who are used to them, but here in VA we are not. The first thought that came to my mind was a plane crashed in my back yard and not earthquake. Again my prayers go out to all of those who had damage and who got hurt, and also to those who deal with them often. I don't know how you do it. Ok enough with the heavy.

What book can't you wait to get your hands on?????
